不成熟说法：
当一个带事务的方法A内再嵌套另一个带事务的方法B,当B抛出异常的时候，A有可能会因为B的回滚而提交错误
如果是B抛异常回滚了，A是捕捉不到B的异常而继续执行，A执行到最后准备提交 的时候发现B已经回滚了，那么A也会回滚
